    Hailing from Southwest Ohio, Ryan moved to New York City to start his career in non-scripted television. After years of filming and producing in the reality space, he earned an Emmy nomination for his documentary work. He then transitioned to creating innovative non-scripted formats and launched some of MTV’s most talked-about franchises. Now, with Media Lasso, Ryan leverages his leadership, marketing, and production expertise to solve clients' challenges worldwide.

    Born and raised in Southern California, Michael’s fascination with Hollywood started at a young age. He landed his dream job as an editor on Emmy Award-winning shows and Red-Carpet Oscars. Eager to advance his career, Michael learned from top industry leaders and used that knowledge to build a distinguished track record in guiding television and film productions through post-production. He also provides executive leadership to technical and creative teams, specializing in both cloud and on-prem solutions.
